Anti-COVID measures

Here at BGS Group we care about the safety of our events for everyone involved. We have taken a number of safety and prevention measures in order to ensure maximum safety for our delegates, suppliers, and the team according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization.

Please note that as of April 1, there are no more pandemic restrictions in Switzerland. People are no longer obliged to show a Covid certificate to enter hotels, restaurants and other indoor venues. Masks are no longer required on public transport. Health-related restrictions for incoming travelers were lifted in February.

* Switching to 2G or 3G rules is possible in case of the official updates from the Government.

To cross international borders: depending on the situation in Switzerland at the moment of the event, be sure to check official entry requirements or contact your personal manager in case of any doubts while planning your trip to Switzerland!

Sanitizing stations and disinfection

We have installed hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue, and provide individual hand sanitizers for all participants. Also the venue is constantly being cleaned and disinfected to guarantee the attendees’ safety

We have organized the Congress space with regards to all social distancing recommendations
Safety training

All our employees have received meticulous training on event work in the current epidemiological situation. We will also provide a briefing on COVID-19 spread prevention for our attendees
